If you like your music a little bit more personal, then Sennheiser's PMX 685i's are a very good place to start. They're aimed at people with a more active life and are perfectly suited for runners, as the innovative design ensures they stay firmly lodged in your lug-holes, leaving you to concentrate on your run, rather than pushing troublesome earbuds back into your head every 2 minutes.

It's made of aircraft grade aluminium, so it's seriously good quality, and it allows you to take fish-eye, wide-angle and telephoto pictures with your phone.
It's not cheap, coming in at roughly £150, so you'll want to be fairly serious about iPhoneography before you take the plunge, but it's well worth the outlay if you take your photography seriously (or you're idle rich!)
One of the most important things you'll need for your iPhone 5 is a decent case because even if you've never dropped or damaged a phone in your life, now you own one that's made of glass, the chances are, you might.
