Samsung Galaxy S4 release date and specs rumours

Samsung will release its next-generation Galaxy S4 smartphone at some point during the first half of 2013. As releases go it doesn’t get much bigger than a new flagship from Samsung, now the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturer.

Up to now most big releases – well, ones that piqued the attention of millions of people all over the globe – were the sole reserve of Apple and its iPhone and iPad. This is no longer the case, however, with Samsung commanding just as much, if not more, attention from consumers en masse.

So while the release of the iPhone 5S will no doubt be a big deal, Apple launches always are, we think Samsung’s Galaxy S4 could well eclipse the new iPhone, both in terms of shipments, interest, and features. Case in point: the Galaxy S3 outsold the iPhone 4S in Q3 2012.

The Galaxy S3 was a resounding success, cementing Samsung as the true heir to Apple’s throne. The device was bigger, better, and faster than nearly all of its peers and made the iPhone 4S look practically remedial, a point that was further cemented by the introduction of Google Now via the Android Jelly Bean update.

So what can we expect from the Galaxy S4? Read on to find out: http://www.knowyourmobile.com/features/1689203/samsung_galaxy_s4_specs_hardware_and_release_date_all_the_rumours_so_far.html

How to set up call forwarding on your Samsung Galaxy Beam

The beauty of the Samsung Galaxy Beam is that it allows you to stay in touch in so many different ways, from calling and texting to emails, tweets, Google Talk and Facebook messages. This means that it’s very difficult for anyone to say that they couldn’t get hold of you at any time, day and night!

There are times, however, that your communication needs change and it may be necessary for you to set your calls up to divert to a different number, for instance if you use your mobile for work and want your calls diverted to the office phone instead, and here’s how you do it:
  • Grab your Samsung Galaxy Beam
  • Start at the Homescreen
  • Go to ‘Applications’
  • Hit ‘Settings’
  • Choose ‘Call’
  • Select ‘Call Forwarding’
  • Choose from the call types offered in the menu
  • Select a ‘condition’ from the menu
  • Enter the number which you want your calls forwarded to
  • Tap ‘Enable’
  • All calls made to your number will now forward to your selected number
