Walking through the halls of IFA in Berlin, yesterday we spotted Microsoft Surface tablets. Now we know why the two Tablets by Microsoft could really cost only $ 199: Rather than sit on the quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip, is probably stuck in Surface only a 1.6 GHz dual core processor.
