HTC and Motorola lose patent lawsuits Apple
The lawsuit between Apple and HTC played in America for the International Trade Commission, which under a patent infringement may proclaim an import ban for a product. HTC filed a suit against Apple, in response to a case against the Taiwanese company that Apple had begun. The ITC judges have now decided that the complaint against Apple HTC unfounded. It was on patents that HTC had the manner of calling on a smartphone and power. The case was finally decided in favor of Apple.
There are still countless other claims between the two companies, so the patent war has thus found no end. A U.S. ban on imports of the iPhone, like HTC demanded, there will in any case. Motorola lost a lawsuit in Germany on how to unlock the screen of Apple. It is also a final judgment, where Apple can derive the law for Motorola Phones from the shops to get in that country. Motorola still has the possibility to appeal and has already announced that to do so.
