Kyocera DIGNO Waterproof Smartphone - Review & Specification
Recently KDDI introduced new Smart phone with water proof technology inbuilt namely Kyocera DIGNO in the japanese market. This is Kyocera’s first smartphone for the Japanese domestic market. The Kyocera DIGNO will be available on the au network as an autumn/winter 2011 model.
Display & Look
Look wise this phone is something like ViewSonic V430 Android Smart Phone but thier are some little differences like buttons and size and configuration. This phone is not too much thiker and broad like other smart phone , this phone is 8.7mm thick and with very very low weight only 30grams. The whole body of this mobile is made very slik and the cuts are very smooth. At the down , their are three physical button to operate mobile like home button and configaration button.
At the top portion their is small silver rectangular +Circular hole for Speaker.
Display & Camera
This phone Support 3G so it has two cameras , first for capturing videos and pictures and other one for video calling. At the back their is 8-Megapixel of camera for caputring HD videos and Pictures. At the front their is VGA Camera for video calling. As this smart phone is should contain Secondary camera of Megapixels but this phone is came with on VGA camera , this is the one of the cons of this phone.
This beutiful phone has OLED display of 4.0-inch size with toughened glass to make it more durable. The brigtness of screen is enough to work in sunlight without penitrating eyes.

Kyocera DIGNO smart phone work on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system , so their are lots of applications are available for people needs. It is powered by 1Ghz single core snap dragon processor which boost the speed of the mobile and run android application more reliable. 1GB internal ROM and their's MicroSD slot for external memory which can be expanded upto 32 GB by micorsd Card.
